PERSONA—

A Persona is a mask one wears in order to face difficulties and hardships in their lives. A manifestation of one's inner thoughts and feelings, it differs from the malevolent Shadow through acceptance and training. Metaverse users who decide to rebel against those who have wronged them are able to gain the ability to merge with their Shadow self, forming a contract that grants them the ability to use their Persona's power within the Metaverse or similar dimensions at the cost of their physical health (HP) and mental stamina (SP). They also have an influence on the physical and mental abilities of a user.

If a Persona user takes up a resolution within their heart, their Persona may undergo metamorphosis and reveal a stronger version of itself. In the case of Sumire, her Persona has undergone this process twice, transmogrifying first from Cendrillon to Vanadis, and then from Vanadis to Ella*. Ella grants Kasumi the ability to block Bless damage and resist Nuclear damage, although she is weak to Curse damage.

SKILLS—
